Refund Policy

You are welcome to return new unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping cost;

  • If we shipped the incorrect product.
  • If the product is damaged in transit, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds may take up to 2 to 3 weeks due to the time, the courier collects and returns the products for inspection and processed through our administration. We need you to please allow 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the refund request. In many cases you may receive a refund much earlier.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged and due to health risks if;

  • You have ordered the incorrect product.
  • The products have been opened, therefore not resalable.
  • You have changed your mind.


Note: 

  • At our expense we always pay an additional second delivery fee in advance in the case that the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
  • A third delivery attempt or goods returned back to our warehouse and or courier depot will be borne by the customer for re-delivery.
  • The courier company will also need to provide evidence of attempted delivery dates and times to ensure that they have acted in good faith on behalf of our customer.
